As Employee Experience and Capability Manager, your role will involve designing and developing programs that strengthen employee and leadership capabilities leading to creating a great work environment and learning experience to help our staff grow and thrive.
Reporting to the Head of People, Safety and Quality this role provides subject matter expertise to the business, including the Executive Team and up through to the Board in areas relating to learning and organisational development.
Key responsibilities of your new role include:
- Design, review and maintain learning content that engages a diverse workforce, meets legislation, industry requirements and frameworks.
- Build the leadership and Capability development framework and lead the implementation of a professional development suite.
- Manage the design and development of talent development programs and initiatives to foster the growth and retention of identified talent.
- Provide leadership in developing an organisation focused on its people, our organisational culture, continuous improvement and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the broader Human Resources team to coordinate, create and implement engaging resources and experiences across the employee journey.
- Lead the communication strategies and surveys that support the health of the organisation through appropriate employee engagement, wellbeing and diversity equity and inclusion surveys.

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or related discipline.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning strategies.
- Experience in strengthening potential talent and leadership frameworks and tools.
- Experience in Employee Experience, including engagement and wellbeing.
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring training delivery meets relevant legislative and regulatory obligations.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end initiatives including project management and change management components.
- Able to think strategically, analyse complex situations and data and develop creative, evidence-based solutions.
- and demonstrated experience in effective program management.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including communicating with diverse audiences.
- Strong people leadership skills to engage, inspire, build trust and facilitate growth.
- Current NDIS Worker Check / DHS Disability Employment Screening (or willing to obtain).
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved vaccine.
- Current Driver's Licence
