About the role
As a Procurement Capability and Training Manager, you will support internal team and business area uplift in procurement knowledge and processes in accordance with the Agency Procurement Framework, policies and legislation. In addition, your key duties are as follows:
- Lead the Procurement Capability Programme delivery
- Implement the recommendations of the procurement training needs analysis report.
- Support business engagement on the procurement principles strategy.
- Create engaging procurement content about processes for Agency-wide consumption.
- Deliver Agency-wide procurement communications and notices.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with business area engagements and presentations.
- Administer and analyse the Procurement Capability questionnaire.
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in a procurement role
- Previous experience in government, healthcare, or disability industry is a plus!
- Background in successfully leading a program of work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience in delivering technical training to a diverse audience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
