About the role
The Employment Based Training Officer is responsible for the monitoring of administrative systems and processes related to Employment Based Training (EBT), across Central Regional TAFE campuses. This position ensures relevant government regulations and policies are adhered to.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience with apprentices and trainees and knowledge and understanding of the policies and business rules. The ability to navigate and utilise database systems effectively, coupled with a keen eye for detail in clerical duties, will ensure accurate record-keeping and streamlined processes. Success in this role hinges on the ability to maintain organised and efficient administrative procedures while upholding the standards set forth by the Department of Training and Workforce Development.
