We're seeking a passionate individual to join us as a Lecturer (Simulation) to lead our innovative simulation education program.As a Lecturer (Simulation), you'll play a pivotal role in:
- Designing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality simulation education programs
- Collaborating with academic and professional staff to ensure the seamless integration of simulation-based education into our curriculum
- Driving business development and expansion of our Simulation Suite activities
- Staying abreast of cutting-edge simulation methodologies and supporting research initiatives in this field
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Simulation Suites, ensuring a safe and efficient learning environment
- Building partnerships and networks with industry and research bodies to enhance educational offerings
- A doctoral qualification or equivalent research and teaching experience in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively using contemporary simulation methodologies
- Experience in curriculum development for simulation-based education
- A track record of ensuring a safe operating environment and implementing occupational health and safety requirements
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- A passion for educational excellence and experience overseeing educational programs or facilities
