In this role you will work closely with each CDP participant utilising a place based, strengths based approach to caseload management.

What does your day look like as an Employment Consultant?
As the Employment Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for all participants engaging in an ALPA Community Development Program (CDP) services and will provide a high level of individualised service to each participant while ensuring you are meeting all program guidelines and key performance measures.
This position is based in a remote community in Arnhem Land, Northern Territory.
