What a day in the life of an Employment Support Coach looks like:
- Provide support and training to employees with disability.
- Supervise and work alongside a team of employees in a production environment.
- Help people with disability to achieve their goals within meaningful employment .
- Assist employees to discover and overcome their personal barriers, while developing their social and life skills.
- Assist with general day-to-day operations

What our next Employment Support Coach will have:
- An easy-going nature with a can do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting people with a disability or mental illness.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of safe working practices.
- Experience with NDIS reporting and administration.
- Ability to assist with warehousing related tasks
- A forklift ticket, or willingness to obtain for our Osborne Park site.
