The Role:
From day one in your new role, you can expect to:
- Build and manage a strong network of businesses and employers
- Mentor and support candidates across a number of programs including Apprentices & Trainees
- Work with the business to support their workforce development plans
About you:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the labour market across Central Victoria
- Have a strong connection to the community and key stakeholders in the employment services industry
- Must have flexibility to work across Central Victoria region
Previous experience in the industry is not a prerequisite for an Employment Consultant, with many of our current employees transitioning from varied industries including trade based, retail, banking, health, and education.
