We are seeking a Employment Hero Payroll Support Officer. This position is initially a 3 month contract, with the possibility to extend.
Duties:
- Ensure seamless integration of the payroll services within newly implemented Employment Hero payroll and HR platform
- Collaborate with managers to gather payroll data, such as time sheets and understand business specific requirements
- Onboard new employees, guide them through setup, optimise files, and lead payroll conversions and integrations
- Additional configure and customise payroll software to meet required specifications and train all staff accordingly
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with payroll system
Skills
- Proficiency with the payroll software Employment Hero is a must
- Ability to think independently to resolve queries
- Prior experience in payroll problem solving
- Proven experience in liaising with various stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and develop workplans to achieve deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Positive and mature attitude – discretion and confidentiality are expected
- Ability to communicate within an organisational structure as the single point of contact for payroll
