What is a Face2Face Specialist?
The Face2Face team is very hands on with our clients, you become the face of Employsure and help clients change the direction of their business. This is a role that you really can make your own by building strong relationships with our client.
Within this role you will be a cornerstone contact for those Clients who are operating within an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) environment which can encompass drafting of amendments to the EBA through to submissions.
You will be one of the primary points of contact in our business for clients who operate under EBA. You will help those clients wanting to operate under an EBA, draft something suitable for their business.
As an expert in EBA’s you will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on Enterprise Agreement Submissions in line with legislative requirements.
- Conduct seminars, webinars relating to EBA’s
- Conduct face to face employee meetings for clients covering a range of ER matters such as Disciplinaries, Performance Reviews and Grievances specific to their EBA and/or other Award requirements.
- Navigating stakeholder engagement with clients including Union involvement where applicable.
- Previous experience with Enterprise Agreement Bargaining and Drafting is preferred.
- A strong understanding and working knowledge of National Employment Standards and the ability to interpret the Australian Modern Award systems.
- A passion for educating and engaging with small businesses.
- Ideally you will be degree qualified in HR, Law or have relevant working experience as an ER Professional and/or Union Delegate
- Exceptional attention to detail including the ability to draft submissions.
