In this role you will be responsible for providing workplace support to our customers with disability.
You will also be working with employers finding flexible and innovative solutions while providing ongoing Employment Support to our customers and their employers.
What are we looking for?
- A customer service expert with the ability to build relationships and trust
- Lived or experienced working with people who identify with living with a disability - Great transitional role from Disability Support Work
- Ability to overcome objections, and break down employment barriers that exist for people with disability
- Awareness of vulnerabilities within the workplace
- Effective, positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills
