The Opportunity
We are looking for a competent and proactive e2e Process Architect in the Customer Experience team to support the ongoing Change & Implementation into the organisation. A strong collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders is needed and a background in compliance with regulations is an advantage
Your responsibilities include:
- You ensure the documentation of business processes in a standardized format
- You review and update existing standard operating procedures and work instructions to align with new processes and system functionality where required
- You create and manage workflows, including review and approval processes in the document management system
- You develop new standard operating models and work instructions
- You collaborate closely with process owners, IT and/or product to gather input for documentation
- You work with the training and quality experts in order to further strengthen the Operational Excellence
- You consult project and product manager in designing, optimizing and documenting of Customer Services related processes and procedures
- You initiate and coordinate process improvements
- You Ensure operational readiness (can include building up of offshore teams, launch of new products, onboarding optimization initiative, external initiatives, etc.).
- You assess the impact of initiatives across all teams in the organisation.
- You Implement the project scope and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholders
- Min. 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in Project Management within the Service/Solution sector is a must, showing the ability to successfully manage projects
- Fluent oral and written English
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to pro-actively drive
- Reliability, sense of responsibility and commitment to results
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong MS Office skills (in Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint)
- University degree (ideally business, finance or IT oriented) or equivalent through experience
- Team spirit
- Good analytical/intellectual skills
- Ability to quickly understand and learn complex matters, including the business dimension
- Presentation skills
