Your role will be instrumental in the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our organization's infrastructure. Collaborating closely with a talented team of leaders, you will actively contribute to delivering mission-critical services, guaranteeing the highest standards of availability, performance, and security for our desktop support systems.Key Details:Full Time | Monday to Friday | Core Business HoursLocation | Onsite 485 La Trobe st, MelbourneThe successful candidate will be required to undergo background and a National Criminal History CheckKey Responsibilities:Manage and monitor Australian and New Zealand End-User Computing Team.Manage and monitor global End-User Computing QueuesProactive management of escalations and problems that arise within the end-User Computing TeamManage and monitor desktop hardware and softwareRelocation of hardware or replacement of faulty parts.Installed, configured, tested, and maintained operating systems, application software, and system management tools.Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.Provide 2nd-level support with the option to escalate to 3rd-tier staffProvide on-site help to 3rd level team with any infrastructure-related workInvolvement in BAU projects and work effectively to targets and deadlinesMaintain a strong client/internal customer focusKey Skills and Attributes Required:Substantial experience within similar roleCustomer-centric mindset, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsWintel / SCCM/Active DirectoryEnd User Operating Systems (Win 10 /Google os)ITILIf you're passionate about leading a team to deliver exceptional desktop support solutions, apply now to join our dynamic team.
