End User Support

Come and work within this newly created business, that has enjoyed a rapid growth and has built a fantastic culture, and have grown to almost 100 employees in under 2yrs.  We are looking for a talented End User Support specialist to join our diverse IT team with a focus on providing technical assistance to internal end-users in office and remote locations. You will help install, manage, upgrade, troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware and software systems.
 
Role Requirements

• Assist with Configuring, deploying, installing and troubleshoot business applications utilizing Microsoft SCCM. Assist and train users on common productivity applications including the Microsoft Office suite.
• Configure, test and deploy corporate iPhones controlled via Apple DEP and Microsoft InTune. Assist End Users with questions and issues that occur on both corporate and BYOD devices running various versions of iOS and Android OS.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support of networking, wireless networking, VPN, software packaging, multi-factor authentication and SOE.
• Proactively review systems for upgrades and improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Proactively identify and prevent faults or issues for all End user Services.
• Assist in maintaining a wide area network across multiple sites.
• Positively interact with and support End Users with their technical issues and requests via remote control support, telephone calls and deskside visits.

 
Demonstrated Experience in the following:

• Tier 1 or Tier 2 desktop technical support role
• Proficiency in Active Directory/Microsoft Azure Active Directory administration
• Experience in Exchange/SharePoint Online/Teams and O365 product Suite.
• Strong awareness of security systems and protocols.
• Ability to document work instructions for repeatable tasks
• Ability to analyse problems and develop creative, sustainable, and practical solutions.
• Experienced in SCCM, intune, PowerShell, SOE builds, Active Directory and Group Policy

We need someone who has 2 years plus in an Endpoint Engineering role, has knowledge, or an interest with Cyber Security processes & managing Teams rooms and AV equipment. 

You must have a Degree in ICT, Business, or similar discipline, we cannot accept applications without this.
