The responsibilities:
You support customers to live a secure, dignified and rewarding life
Ensure consumers are offered choice which is encouraged to promote their independence
Ensure all consumers, their families and staff are treated with respect and dignity
Complete assessments, documentation and care planning
Accurately dispense prescribed medications
Conduct wound assessments, dressing and notify Clinical Care team for reviews
Appropriately consult with physicians and refer consumers to Allied Health professionals
Complete assigned personal hygiene and direct resident care
Meeting required Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance with all policies and procedures
Guide and manage staff to deliver a leading aged care service that enhances the consumer’ experience
Tertiary qualification
Current AHPRA Registration
NDIS Workers Screening Check
Working with the Clinical Management team you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the home support staff and ensure completion of assessments, care planning and care income and support compliance are achieved to provide best consumer outcomes. Along with your kind and warm demeanor you will work closely with consumers and their families to ensure professional guidance and support is provided to achieve best care outcomes.

Royal Freemasons is a NDIS-approved provider. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees, contractors, labour hire and volunteers must complete an NDIS check. This is part of compliance and needs to be completed prior to commencement as well as an International Police Check for those that have lived overseas for 12 months or more within the last 10 years.

All aged care workers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and encouraged to receive the flu vaccine. All successful applicants must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
