You have a proven track record of running teams that win. You’re either already running a winning sales or operations team..either in construction, site works, engineering or excavation sales.

You’ve either gone as far as you can go in your current role or there have been some recent changes that have you looking for a fresh start for 2024 !

TASKS YOU’LL BE PERFORMING 

As the Sales Manager for our organisation you will be working closely with the Marketing Department and will be responsible for all sales across our product lines in WA. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the team to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Being available to support the team after hours an on weekends
  • Reporting on sales performance to the Managing Director, Business Manager (Sales & Operations), Operations Manager and Marketing team
  • Mapping new markets and building strategies to capture market share
  • Working with teams across multiple brands to achieve sales targets
  • Attending industry trade shows networking events
  • Establishing reseller agreements with prospective partners
  • Continuous self-development in industry trends and product education
  • Meeting with key accounts and suppliers to maintain relationships
  • Accurately managing data in CRM

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Problem Solver - being able to resolve problems quickly, efficiently and independently
  • Decisiveness - making decisions and thinking on your feet will be a must in this role
  • Consistent and reliable - a steady disposition and ability to work under pressure 
  • Leadership - ability to chart the course and energise people to follow you
  • Business acumen - ability to understand business metrics, governance policy and process
  • Experience - minimum 5 years in a similar role with examples of your success.
