As the Energy and Power Practice Leader, you will be at the forefront of shaping our clients risk management strategies. You'll oversee large and complex accounts, providing expert guidance to our Energy and Power team in Melbourne. Your deep understanding of the Energy and Power sector and the insurance marketplace will be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions to our clients.

We will count on you to:
- Strategic Account Management: Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts, putting your expertise to work
- Client Relationship Building: Understand our client's strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs
- Risk Assessment and Solutions: Utilise your expert risk expertise and industry knowledge to review clients' exposures and loss experiences, crafting innovative solutions
- Renewal and Placement Strategies: Develop, present, and execute renewal and placement strategies that set the standard
- Business Development: Win over prospective clients, identify opportunities for new products, and propose ground-breaking solutions to drive growth.
What you need to have:
- Extensive experience in insurance broking or risk management with a specific focus on Energy and Power clients
- Proven track record in managing complex accounts and delivering innovative solutions
- Strong leadership and team collaboration experience
- The knack for building and maintaining valuable client relationships
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
