Due to our ongoing expansion and business growth, we are looking for full time, Concrete /Retention Structure Foreman for an immediate start. Most of the projects are with in Inner Melbourne. Fully maintained company vehicle will be provided.
Reporting to the company’s director you will be responsible for:
- Managing staff and subcontractors on the job
- Material orders from suppliers
- Establishing construction methodology
- Keep accurate records and daily diaries
- Monitoring Budgets
- Working towards set programs
- Ensuring that all aspects of OHS are adhered to
The suitable applicant will have a proven track record in and successful exposure to:
- Excellent understanding of engineering and steel reinforcement drawings
- Ability to read architectural plans
- Good knowledge of retention systems and concrete structures
- Pouring piers, basements, suspended slabs and stairs
