RP Infrastructure is a leading management consultancy, providing client-side, project advisory and delivery services to a broad variety of sectors. These include transport, property and building, energy, and resources and utilities sectors. Having joined forces with Ranbury in 2023, we have experienced significant growth and are continuing to expand across the Eastern seaboard.

As a result of this growth, we're on the lookout for an Energy Lead, to head this unit sector in the Qld Advisory team. Our advisory team offers comprehensive and strategic guidance to help our clients convert ideas into viable projects by making well-informed investment decisions that align with their business objectives and supporting our clients to develop projects through the pre-contract activities to prepare the project for delivery.

About this opportunity
The Energy Leadwill play a crucial role in the growth of an active segment of the Advisory business. We have existing client relationships and a pipeline of work that provide foundations for growth. This role is focused on providing leadership and support with Renewable Energy projects.

You will be the Energy guru or Subject Matter Expert, if you will.

You could be an experienced leader in the industry, or a manager seeking your next growth opportunity into a Lead position. This role is ideal for a motivated individual, keen to join a high-performing team and looking to work on exciting, large-scale projects.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide leadership and guidance across the Advisory team’s portfolio with a technical focus on Energy based projects.
• Contribute to the support and development of our Energy business strategies. Specifically supporting the continued growth of our project advisory services across Queensland.
• Support the development of a diverse service offering to the business leaders.
• Continuously improving service delivery quality for our clients.
• Strategic planning for the development of capabilities aligning with the market.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Demonstrated experience in Energy market, and a deep understanding of the QLD resources and energy markets.
• You will be a strategic collaborator and business developer with extensive knowledge in the sector and preferably with existing networks already established from across the sector.
• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
• Initiative and enthusiasm, with an extensive professional network that can benefit business growth.
• Tertiary qualifications in engineering, commerce, or relevant fields.
