Our solar sales consultants are super busy and we’re looking for a Lead Coordinator to contact their customers, understand what they’re after and book an appointment for them. This is an entry-level role. You need to like people, because you’ll be chatting with them a lot.
We can promise you’ll be working in a fun, outgoing Residential Solar team with a great culture. It’s a 3-month contract at this stage but could be extended. Alternatively, for the right person there may even be an opportunity to transition into a sales role.
About the RoleAs a Lead Coordinator, you will:Respond to inbound customer calls and online enquiries
Understand customer requirements and take their details
Manage, filter and qualify incoming leads (training will be provided)Coordinate appointments between customers and sales consultants
