  UON is currently seeking experienced and motivated Service Mechanic Technician to join our Energy team at UON’s ,

• working on 8:6 roster,
• Flying direct from Perth to MRL Kens Bore Onslow

Skills & Experience:

• Trade certificate (HV, LV, HD - Mechanical trade cert ) with Skills in mechanical fitting/engine maintenance
• Experience working with diesel engines
• Experience with power generators
• Experience working within the mining and resources industry
• Pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
• Customer focused and company orientated
• Hold a current and valid WA manual driver’s license
• HR driver’s licence (MUST have)
• Mechanical Testing

  Your main responsibilities will include:  

• Predictive and reactive service, maintenance, and repair of a Power Generation equipment and other UON products as required
• Trouble shooting and provide professional advise as required
• Technical client liaison at various stages of Jobs
• Provide a high level of verbal and written communications to clients
• Adherence to All company policies and procedures, including but not limited to HR, QA, HSE and other relevant systems
