About the Role
You will play a key role in providing support to the Partnership and Placement Managers - creating databases, reviewing current clients’ folders, editing documents on process and engagement with external stakeholders, emailing on behalf of the Engagement and partnership team, and providing administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administration duties with focus on engagement - Developing the clients and prospect database (under supervision from the Industry Engagement Manager;Collaborate feedback form Partnership & Placement Manager; Collaborate with the Placement team to ensure team success and compliance; Editing clients’ documents
- Email management - Collect and triage emails from the campaign; Create suitable email templates for placement and stakeholder engagement
- Organisational and Compliance - Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and the Industry Engagement Manager in ensuring that all documents meet the required standards; Check and update the clients and prospect information.
About You
- Demonstrated understanding in sales.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple demands
- Flexibility over 4 days per week
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilising relevant technology and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and to work as part of a team
