We are an app-based NDIS service provider that specializes in mental health. Our app connects clients and Mental Health Supports Workers, ensuring choice, control, and flexibility.
Position:
As one of Suitsme’s Engagement and Recovery Leads, you are responsible for the delivery of safe, person centered, high quality services to clients in your caseload. This includes focusing on staff reliability, staff safety, client outcomes and practice improvement. You will report to the Operations Team Leader. This position is a 0.8 - 1 FTE. Yo primary tasks include:
- Completing initial assessment and onboarding of new clients.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and following up with clients and support workers to ensure the highest level of service quality.
- Ensuring all clients have a positive experience when interacting with our service.
- Managing incoming telephone calls and general enquiries, including email correspondence.
- Liaising and building relationships with key stakeholders including Clients and their families, LACs, Support Coordinators, the NDIA and others.
- Ensuring continuity of support for clients.
- Receiving and resolving complaints, feedback and incidents.
- Monitoring and reporting client outcomes.
- Provide guidance and advice on best practice to support workers.

About you:
- Proven ability to work with the NDIS including using the NDIA portal/PACE system.
- Ability to work within the National Standards for Disability Services, NDIS Code of Conduct, NDIS Practice Standards and other relevant legislation.
- Extensive experience assessing and mitigating risks related to clients and the workplace
- Proven ability to coordinate workers, including performance management.
- High level of competence and confidence with technology. This includes using: apps, email, google suite, social media.
- Advanced problem solving abilities - able to think outside the box to deliver client outcomes.
- Minimum Qualification Certificate IV in Mental Health.
- You are able to work from the office and from home.
- Support coordinator or people with Psychosocial Recovery Coach experience are encouraged to apply.
