- Undertaking governance and technical stewardship duties

About YouWe have a strong focus on finding individuals with the right values, leadership capability, and communication skills. Your interpersonal skills will foster strong working relationships and with a demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, you will have the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution-focused attitude.Key qualifications and skills include:
- Degree in Mechanical engineering
- Experience in engineering design and technical report writing
- Preferably, technical knowledge on mining material handling equipment such as crushers, balance machines, conveyors, and car dumpers
- Good understanding and knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and procedures
- Demonstrate the ability to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Experience managing engineering consultants to deliver positive results in safety, quality assurance/control, culture, and productivity
LocationYou will be based at one of the mine sites in the Eastern Pilbara, either Jimblebar or Newman Operations on a fly-in fly-out roster and be accommodated in the Warrawandu village. The outstanding facilities at our FIFO villages include a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and activity/games room.
