About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking a Fixed Plant Process Engineer / Metallurgical based in Greater Nammuldi.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Plant troubleshooting and optimisation
Investigating deviations from the plan, including identifying, scoping and recommending solutions
Providing technical support and advice to fixed plant Ops & Maintenance crews and frontline leaders
Validating downtime data in accordance with the RTIO time model
Reporting plant performance through daily, weekly and monthly reporting formats
Prepare and distribute operating strategies and measure conformance to plan
Shut support as required
Preferred Background / Industry Experience
A degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering
Understanding of unit operations of mineral processing equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills
Motivation and ability to be self-driven and work autonomously
A manual C Class drivers licence
