We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, high profile Business Development Manager to join our Real Time Logistics team in Notting Hill, VIC. As part of the Real Time Logistics group, this role will be focused on providing leading edge solutions that include logistics applications, mobile computing and IT systems, supported by many of the world's leading IT technology and software providers. The role is focused on selling innovative solutions that support automation and greater efficiencies within warehouse operations.

- Proactively generating, chasing and developing new sales prospects
- Developing and maintaining effective on-going relationships with new customers
- Representing our company's solutions and services by developing a deep and comprehensive understanding of customer supply chain operations to identify how our solutions support customer business objectives.
- Meeting internal sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales, marketing strategies and tactics
- Recognising sales opportunities for other Dematic divisions and facilitating the appropriate response
- Developing and implementing a sales territory plan to achieve sales quotas via agreed strategies and action plans
- Proven track record of effectively generating and developing new business opportunities and successfully meeting and exceeding internal targets
- Experience and confidence with engaging with senior stakeholders supported by strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Experience within the supply chain/logistics industry and related support solutions would be highly regarded
- Previous experience in a technical role in a related business/industry
- A tertiary qualification would also be highly regarded
