🚀 About the opportunity 🚀
Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering / Project Manager to lead their multi-disciplinary Engineering Team in the development of cutting-edge robotic systems. As a vital member of the team, you will guide projects from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
You will be leading a team of twenty and reporting into the Operations Manager. This role has opened up due to expansion of the team with lot's of new projects on the horizon.
We are looking to connect with people who have a background in one of the following engineering disciplines, who have transitioned into leadership and project management:
- Robotics
- Mechanical
- Mechatronics
- Embedded Software / Software
- Electronics

👤 About you 👤
- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Robotics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Extremely strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or similar scheduling methodologies.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, with a variety of projects.
- Strong leadership capability, with ability to motivate and guide an engineering team toward business goals.
