What will you be doing?
As an Engineering Manager, you will manage a mid-sized software development team. You will ensure that you are tracking the team's efficiency and quality of work, and assist in regularly adjusting processes and timelines to ensure high-quality work is delivered. As a mentor, we want you to nurture, inspire & encourage the team to perform at their best.

The ideal person will be a technical professional with a background working in leadership, who can foster a culture of continuous improvement, encourage their team to enhance delivery efficiency, and inspire high performance and growth. This role requires ownership of project success and a focus on developing the team's skills and concentration on current tasks. We are looking for a dynamic person capable of both managing and guiding a successful software development team (role is about 50% leadership and 50% on the tools).
Salary: $130,000 - $170,000+Super based on experience - Brisbane-based hybrid working model (3 days in the Brisbane H/O, 2 days WFH),
