Our Opportunity
Due to internal growth; we are searching for a passionate Engineering Manager to lead a diverse, high-performing team across our western Australian and Southeast Asia facilities. This position is crucial in improving business performance and will tackle various upcoming R&D initiatives and support large-scale Mining projects in WA.
The role includes:
- Lead the technical production of engineering design and drafting, ensuring all the appropriate standards and regulations are met with practical risk mitigation strategies.
- Guide and mentor lead engineers and designers in projects to achieve the specified scope within budget, to acceptable quality and on time.
- Be the champion of essential engineering specialty resources that enable PROK to differentiate in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish accurate estimates and provide clients with technical insight.

The Right Person
To be considered you will have;
- Proven experience in driving innovation, execution, and success in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to lead, develop, and inspire people.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in the engineering field or heavy industry and a minimum of 5 years as an Engineering Manager.
- Strong experience in standards and design engineering processes.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of delivering engineering designs in a complex environment.
- Direct experience with conveyors and components, pulleys and idlers would be a distinct advantage.
