As an ENMP Project Coordinator, you will work with the Program/Project Managers within the Program, coordinating and supporting project delivery activities, in alignment with ENMP Program objectives.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be assigned to the support of one or more projects and programs across ENMP, where you will support the respective program or project manager in delivery and project management activities.
ENMP Project Coordinator responsibilities:
- Providing day to day support and coordination to the program/project, including communications, meetings, forums, project control register management and workshops.
- Providing financial analysis and support to the program/project and liaising with the ENMP PMO finance function to ensure alignment with ENMP finance requirements.
- Supporting the Program/project manager in the coordination and operation of monthly reporting and governance cycles and liaising with the ENMP PMO Assurance function to ensure alignment with ENMP reporting and governance requirements.
- Supporting the program/project manager in the management or risks, issues, decisions, changes and other project management controls and compliance with ENMP and wider Project control requirements.
- Lead and coordinate program /project information management processes and procedures and liaising with the ENMP PMO Information Management function to ensure alignment with ENMP information management requirements.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the program/project administration functions and develop methods aimed at greater success.
- Develop and communicate weekly updates for the internal team.
- Supporting the Program/Project Managers to successfully undertake their roles by supporting the following activities:
- Stakeholder analysis and observations.
- Develop templates for future communications.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Coordinate travel.
- Technical, vendor and engineering staff coordination.
- Communication registers and other logs.
- Manage program administration processes including HR, team on-boarding and off-boarding, and associated approvals, liaising with the ENMP PMO resourcing function to ensure alignment with ENMP resourcing requirements.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in programme and/ or project delivery (ideally in relation to service transition / migration)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with ICT and business senior executives, internal and external stakeholders and to escalate issues appropriately.
- Demonstrable experience with regard to interpersonal, consultative, organisational and facilitation skills
- Demonstrable experience engaging with geologically diverse project teams
- High attention to detail and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Understanding of Project Management and Delivery
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrable experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Australian Citizenship required
