Remuneration: $73,103 - $78,644 p.a. + superannuation (pro rata)

About The Role:
The Enquiries and Admissions Officer will guide students through the enrolment process from the initial enquiries to finalising payments. This role is an important contact point between potential students and Bendigo Kangan Institute and will be responsible for responding to enquiries in person, over the phone, via email and online.
The Enquiries and Admissions Officer will also assist in targeted enrolment activities to support the Education Centres to achieve desired enrolment numbers. The role will specialise in the student enrolment process to mainstream courses and support other student enrolment activities as required.

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining confidential customer files and associated correspondence
• Experience in an educational environment (desirable)
• Demonstrated advanced skills in the use of Student Management Systems, Internet Search Engines and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated experience in developing effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels in the private and public sectors
• An appropriate certificate level qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training
