We offer more than 400 courses, from Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE)/Victorian Certificate of Education Vocational Major (VCE VM)/Vocational Education and Training Delivered to Secondary Students (VETDSS), through to nationally accredited qualifications such as certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, degrees, graduate certificates, graduate diplomas and short courses.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be accountable for managing the day to day operational and administrative functions in the Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services team including managing the provision of customer service, administrative tasks and complex or technical enrolment advice.
Your key accountabilities will be to
· Supervise the distribution of incoming Institute enquiries and applications through to relevant teams.
· Provide customer-centred and professional service at all times to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain the professional image of the Institute
· Encourage and foster a close team dynamic by working within the team to build relationships between staff and colleagues across the business
· Lead the team in coaching and lead by example by ensuring flexible approach, openness to learning and providing a work environment that encourages outstanding work performance and interpersonal relationships
· Liaise with IT and business areas to ensure complex enrolment responses are enabled through systems
· Collaborate with the other stakeholders to build broader Chisholm awareness around opportunities to drive student and client engagement and conversion during enrolment
· Provide outstanding service when interacting with external contacts and students to enhance the Chisholm Institute brand.
ABOUT YOU
You will have relevant tertiary qualification at a minimum of Undergraduate Degree qualified, or equivalent business or customer service experience.
Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in the vocational education sector and understanding of enrolment administration.
You are a highly motivated with knowledge of effective communication strategies where language and/or digital literacy presents barriers to understanding.
