Your part in our Blue Care team

Employment Term: Part time (Short-term contract 3-6 months)

Location: Labrador Aged Care Facility

Remuneration: $33.89 – $35.33 p/hr + 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be working alongside our Registered Nurses, providing person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include: 

  • Documenting and updating care plans in line with emerging assessments

  • Medication and wound management

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living and recreational activities

  • Helping residents to participate in the community by providing social support

  • Aiding other care staff and health professionals

  • Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills

  • Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.

  • General nursing experience, post-registration

  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain

  • Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements

  • Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
