Enrolled Nurse

Western Health is seeking highly motivated Enrolled Nurse to join the Acute Aged Care ward at Sunshine Hospital. The successful applicant will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, best care to patients.
The team in 2A Sunshine fosters a culture of inclusiveness, accountability and continuous quality improvement. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence based care to our acute aged care patients.
To be Successful in this Role, you will have:

• Current registration as a Enrolled Nurse in Australia
• Demonstrate excellent clinical and organisation skills
• Recent experience in Acute Aged Care
• Ability to work a rotating roster
• A commitment to continues professional development
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication skills and leadership skills
