Form of workAn exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join the Nursing Services Team at the Biggenden Multipurpose Health Service within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:
- The Enrolled Nurse (EN) practices under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) providing clinical and patient-centred care within the Biggenden Multipurpose Health Service. The EN utilises their knowledge, skill and competence to effectively develop, provide and evaluate patient care, whilst maintaining regular communication and assistance from the RN.

Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases ( https://tinyurl.com/yc6pgyt2 )(VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB). Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $69,007 p.a., comprising salary between $35.93 - $38.13 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 3) (Permanent Part Time, 60.8 hours p.f.)
