Your opportunity
To provide direct and indirect evidence-based patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, using contemporary nursing theory and practice within the Emergency Department and ward based cares.
About the Team
The Dysart Health Service is located in the Isaac Regional Shire in the town of Dysart, approximately 250kms south-west from Mackay. A journey which takes approximately 2.5 hours. The hospital is a 9 bed acute facility offering acute care, 24 hour emergency care, allied health services and outpatient clinics. Shifts are covered by a registered nurse and Enrolled Nurse, senior staff present in business hours with access to on-call staff for emergencies.
