Our well-established company supplying the electrical wholesale industry is offering a full-time position working in the Customer Service/Admin department.
For this Customer Service and Administration role all you need to have is great Customer Service and phone manner, training in all other aspects will be provided.
Duties will include:
- Answering Customer service calls.
- Provide product information to customers and upsell on orders where possible.
- Investigate any order or freight errors/issues
- Provide general office administration to support the rest of the administration team as required. Stay aware of market trends, changes, and impacts on our business,
- Adhoc duties as requested

This position is Full Time 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Remuneration is negotiable and based on experience.
