Located in Rushworth, Waranga Health is a 36-bed aged-care facility. The health service includes a four-bed acute care unit, a district nursing service, outpatient ambulatory consulting services and a dedicated palliative care suite and respite bed. Care and treatment are provided 24 hours a day by a talented multidisciplinary team working across a range of medical, nursing and allied health services.

About the role:
The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating all aspects of quality client focused care. The Enrolled Nurse will liaise and work closely with the Associate Nurse Unit Manager and must be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and work as an active member.
The Enrolled Nurse must be able to identify the early signs of patient deterioration and ensure that the appropriate process is followed in escalation of care. The Enrolled Nurse will review assessments/care plans, and recommend clinical care, including liaison with medical practitioners and allied health staff.

We are looking for:
Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse.
Well-developed time management and problem-solving skills
The ability to prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision
Possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment
Previous experience in aged care is desirable
