We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our team in providing exceptional care to our elderly residents in residential aged care facilities across Encounter Bay and Strathalbyn areas. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents while upholding the highest standards of care.

• Flexible Work Arrangements: Whether you prefer casual or contract work, we have options to suit your lifestyle and schedule.
• Contract Work: If you prefer a permanent role, we are offering a minimum 3-month contract work tailored to your availability.
• Competitive Pay Rates and Benefits: We offer a rate above awards with a base pay range of $41.50 to $43.50 per hour plus penalty rates (afternoon, night, weekends, and public holidays), superannuation, and employee benefits.
• Travel Allowance: We are offering an allowance of $30 for those traveling long distances.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) qualification with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
