Mt Barker Medical Clinic was the first medical practice to be established in Mount Barker, South Australia and has provided services to the community for over 50 years. About the Position
Our Mt Barker Medical Clinic is recruiting for an Enrolled/Registered Nurse. We are recruiting for either a part-time or full-time nurse to join our clinic. Our ideal candidates are those who have exceptional attention to detail, high-level communication skills, a strong work ethic, a passion for Chronic Disease Management (CDM) and possess the ability to work not only autonomously but cohesively within a team.

What you will bring
Your experience in health care will enable you to perform a range of clinical duties including; immunisations, wound care management, assisting with minor surgical procedures, maintaining patient records, and effectively managing the recall process. Experience in General Practice will be viewed favourably.
You will also:
- Hold current AHPRA Registration.
- Experience and a passion for driving our Chronic Disease Management (CDM) program
- Adjust to and implement change to benefit patients, staff, and the wider group.
- Have the ability to work independently, but also be a reliable team player.
- Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be self-motivated and possess a high standard of work values.
- Show enthusiasm and initiative with opportunities for quality improvement.
- Display empathy and understanding.
- Understand client and staff confidentially.
- Work with integrity and be reliable.
- Can prioritise tasks and manage time.
- Be committed to the brand and working arrangements; and
- Have strong written and verbal communication.
