Based in Rocklea - Brisbane, with a car space provided, your aim will to contact leads generated by Google and Facebook Ads, take the initiative and create marketing campaigns and design new ways of attracting students and walking them through to signing-up.
You will not be afraid to call relentlessly and close over the phone, build relationships with Real Estate Agencies, Manage a pipeline of students inquiring about getting their Real Estate License and break your week up to target Brisbane, Sydney and Victoria.
About You:
Experienced Sales Professional with a proven track record of success.
Experience in Real Estate is an advantage but not essential.
Bring a sense of urgency. Action leads as soon as they come in.
A self starter who doesn't need to be pushed or spoon fed to hunt business.
Pride yourself on your sales ability and customer relationship skills.
Easy to get along with and work as a team.
Reliable and accountable for your results.

About the Role:
BDM / Sales for Real Estate Licensing RTO.
$70k Base + Super + Car Park + Bonuses ($120k + OTE).
Training & Guidance + Leads Provided.
Target new students across 3 States, QLD, NSW & VIC.
Great with creating Marketing Campaigns on Socials.
Experience with Canva or other promotional campaign generators.
Can think outside the box and action the plan.
Available:
Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm and take a call or 2 over the weekend if needed.
