About the role
This is a great role for customer service professionals where you’ll be supported and mentored throughout your employment journey.
The purpose of the role of Sales Support is to provide a high level of administrative and confidential secretarial support to the National Sales Manager and New Home Consultants.
This role could be based out of our Head Office in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist National Sales Manager with daily tasks as required
- General support for Sales Consultants (queries / problem solving)
- High Level Administrative Assistance
- Data Entry & Process
- Sales Consultant Job file Workflow
About you
- A minimum of 3 years administration experience (essential)
- High Level of Microsoft Office Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Well demonstrated organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well with minimal direction and use initiative.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
- Consistently maintain high standard of work
- Experience in residential building industry (highly regarded)
- Full Unencumbered Driver's licence
