We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect and leader to provide technology direction, advice and guidance for a digital transformation journey. You will be instrumental in the development of a technology roadmap,
translating business strategies and objectives into a sustainable operating model.
Key accountabilities include:
- Lead the development of an enterprise-wide architecture framework, principles and roadmap in the domains of Business, Data, Application, Infrastructure, Security and Integration.
- Drive the development of a core systems capability strategy and map to promote and drive re-use of common capabilities, platforms and solutions.
- Create, iterate and maintain architectural models and views, as well as standards and guiding principles.
- Provide leadership and direction of architecture by assisting and advising the Design Authority, Solution Architecture capability and stakeholders, on the best use of architecture approaches and models.
- Actively support and participate in the analysis of business and operating models, market trends and the technology industry.
- Engage with a diverse set of stakeholders at the senior officer and executive levels.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and its development and application in Federal and State Governments.
- Demonstrated significant experience in the development of architecture frameworks, principles and roadmaps across all domains of Enterprise Architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and unravel complex business and technology problems.
- Digital transformation experience.
