As an Enterprise Business Analyst, you’ll help find clever solutions to interesting problems as you grow your skills every day. And you’ll do it with down-to-earth people who you’re proud to work with and get to know. Here’s how:
Develop and manage customer/stakeholder relationships and provide advocacy and recommendations to ensure customer needs are identified. Capture of business issues, benefits inter-dependencies and risks to accurately define the project scope. Identify and assess business opportunities and develop the business requirements and other supporting artefacts required to support planning and delivery. Apply the Powerlink Change Management Framework to ensure impacted staff are adequately prepared for change and regularly monitor change readiness and adapt where needed. Facilitate delivery acceptance processes including ensuring deliverables are built according to defined scope. Contribute to the development of the test strategy and test plans, and support testing to ensure the integrity of the testing. Lead system cut over and go-live deployment planning activities, including preparing handover documentation as required. What You'll Bring A broad range of experience as a Business Analyst including either having, or be eligible for, CBAP certification coupled with a relevant degree-level qualification or significant experience in an appropriate discipline. Recent and relevant experience with the technologies in our active program portfolio, and as such you will have proven experience in one or more of the following types of enterprise IT projects: A recent Information Security specific project implementing technology, policies, and procedures. ProA transformative ERP program of work (SAP or Dynamics) with a focus on supply chain or asset management A major IT Infrastructure project involving MS Azure or similar cloud Infrastructure. A project implementing modernised business intelligence and data analytics platforms and end user toolsets across multiple business groups. A project rolling out major mobile fleet changes and other end-user technologies including those used remotely or in the field.
