The Role
- Driving new sales and business opportunities into the Civil Construction Contractors in this very hands-on role
- Conducting site visits, leading toolbox talks
- Growing existing accounts while looking for other opportunities for new business. existing Accounts make up 20% of the business.
- Establish long-lasting partnerships with existing and new opportunities
Skills & Experience Needed
- Hunter mentality and driven to exceed and build new clients
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Initiative to prioritize and self-manage workloads
- Proven experience meeting deadlines and prioritising detailed workload
- You will be confident & resilient to getting the desired outcome
- Ability to form and maintain strong client relationships
Salary & Benefits
Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000
