Enterprise Change Manager – Client Migration Program

$1100 - $1200 a day inclusive / 6-month day rate contract with chance of extension on multiyear program
Talenza have been engaged by a leader in financial services space to source an experienced Enterprise Change Manager to work with the organisation as they embark on an enterprise-wide client migration program. The organisation is looking for candidates with senior stakeholder management experience and client migration experience. You will work closely with the Program Leader and SLT on delivering this major piece of work.

About you
You will be an experienced Enterprise Change Manager who has worked on other significant migrations whilst also heading up a change function or centre of excellence for change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end process of migrating customers across various digital platforms.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the Master Change Plan, coordinating all change initiatives to ensure cohesive and strategic execution.
- Manage a team of Change Managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer support, to align change initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve change management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale digital platform migrations.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in developing and managing comprehensive change plans.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
