This is the perfect opportunity if you are looking to grow your consulting and advisory career.Job DescriptionJoining KPMG's ABG practice as a Manager in our Hobart Office you will assume a senior role in facilitating and helping to manage the team and a wide range of client engagements. Our team provides a broad range of services to support clients from start-ups to large multinationals.You will help continue to grow our business through your involvement in the following:
Manage delivery of client engagements and help identify new ways for them to accelerate their research, innovation, and commercialisation goals.
Act as performance development manager to a growing team of consultants and help mentor them on their professional journey.
Work with other KPMG professionals (in Australia and overseas) to assist our clients with related matters such as IP, structuring, finance and tax.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities in the local market.
Manage complex projects and deliver client engagements on time and within budget.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem

Exceptional communication, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client and commercial relationships.
Ideally three (or more) years of practical experience with the R&D Tax Incentive program.
Strong leadership skills.
Engineering, Information technology, Science or related qualification; and/or Business, Commerce or Law related tertiary qualification is required.
A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, with a history of exceptional client service.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Applicants are required to possess a valid Australian driver's license.
