Entry Level Account Manager - Financial Services

Entry level job working in Financial Services within the Account Management/Sales Support sector Your new company
Join a well-established Australian Non-Bank Lender who are committed to providing the best service and assistance to new and existing customers. Due to increased business demand, they are looking for an entry-level Financial Services candidate to join them within the sales and relationship management team!

Your new role
Working in this role, you will be:

• Specialising within asset and equipment finance lending - assisting with new and existing vendor client accounts and account management.
• Supporting clients through the end-to-end journey of securing their business loan and assisting with account maintenance and requirements once onboarded.
• Fostering client relationships both directly and via the broker channel
• Completing all administrative reports, account changes and updates where required for the client's account.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A strong customer focus and proven experience within Lending or Banking/Financial Services (desirable)
• A great understanding of asset and equipment finance gained through either work experience, or studies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to build rapport and learn about your client requirements
• The want to succeed, to build and develop a career within lending
