-Provide administrative support to pharmacists, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing insurance claims.
-Answer phone calls, greet patients, and answer their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
-Assist with inventory management, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
-Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.
-Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
