CTC Workplace Training is a Nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering a range of training across the construction and manufacturing industries. Our education solutions are built with the Client and Student Journey in mind, with a particular focus on the outcome being sought by the client.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Tuggerah office as a full-time Entry Level Administration.
All relevant training will be provided on the job, and this role is best suited for someone looking to start or progress their career in administration and develop their skills in a professional setting.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- To work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a busy work environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Data entry skills with attention to accuracy
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and self-manage workload
- Have a class C (or equivalent) drivers licence
Some expected duties for this role may include:
- General office duties include filing and printing
- Answering the phone and enquiries
- Record learner enrolments, attendance, participation, progress and assessment results
- Data entry and scanning of completed paperwork as required
- Stocktaking
