How will you contribute?
At Commercial Credit Control, we are searching for a individual to join our team as a Collections/Financial Hardship Officer at our vibrant Bundall office. If you are highly motivated, enthusiastic, and genuinely care about helping others, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!
The day-to-day!
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, making a real difference in the lives of our valued customers by providing them with essential solutions on a daily basis. As a crucial member of our team, your ability to work collaboratively towards goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) is imperative.

What do you need?
Our ideal candidate has:
- Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine interest in helping the customer
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm to develop new skills
- Ability to learn new software and applications
- If you have previous experience in collections or financial services, that is highly desirable!
- Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4pm, with one shift per week finishing at 4:30pm!
